About Kestrel

Kestrel CAD is Ashmere Software's computer-aided dispatch and public-safety roleplay platform. It's built for communities that need dispatch tooling for roleplay and simulation — call taking and dispatching, live unit status, and mobile data terminals for police and fire/EMS — alongside the records systems that sit behind them: civilian profiles, vehicle and DMV records, licences, warnings and warrants, and incident reporting.

The platform is designed around multi-department organisations, with role- and permission-based access so that dispatch, patrol, fire, EMS and command staff each see the operational information relevant to them in real time.

Kestrel CAD is built primarily around FiveM roleplay communities today, with an architecture intended to expand into other supported environments over time.

Scope & limitations

  • Kestrel CAD is a roleplay and simulation platform for gaming communities. It is not a certified emergency-services CAD system and is not intended for real-world dispatch operations.
